Desert Poppy has a strict Quality Control system in place to ensure that all goods have been individually checked before being ironed and packaged. In the case of a purchase of a product from Desert Poppy website which satisfies one or more of the following conditions, we will gladly arrange the issue of a credit or exchange of the product.

  1. The product proves faulty within 14 days of receiving the product or date of transaction.
  2. The product does not match the description as provided when sold.
  3. The product received is not the product ordered.
  4. The product has been damaged in transit.
  5. Please contact us immediately if any of the above occurs to arrange a return.

 

We do not exchange or credit for simple “change of mind”.

Products returned without prior notice will be rejected.

 

Please ensure that the returned products are safely packed in their original packaging. We will not be held liable for damage incurred during return shipping. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer unless it has been determined that the goods are genuinely faulty, in which case Desert Poppy will reimburse shipping costs, so long as the item has been returned in accordance with the shipping instructions provided by Desert Poppy.
